Personal information is all kind of information that can be directly or indirectly linked to a physical person, including pictures and sound recordings, encrypted data and different electronic identities, such as IP addresses, if they can be linked to natural persons. Treatment of personal information is the handling of the information i.e. the collection, registration, storage and deletion of a certain set of information. Molinia may collect and process information in the following cases:

  • From individuals: When contacting Molinia through email or through our website, the following information may be processed: Name, e-mail address and telephone number and any other relevant contact information
  • Clients: For potential and existing clients the following information may be processed; Name, corporate number, phone number, e-mail address, address and billing information
  • For suppliers, the following information may be processed: Name, e-mail address and corporate number

3. The legal basis for processing of personal information

  • The treatment is necessary for fulfilment of an agreement
  • To comply with regulations, for example for accounting purposes
  • To fulfil our legitimate interests. The interests of Molinia AB are to offer our clients our services and to co-operate with our suppliers

4. Keeping of processes information

Your information is only kept as long as it is necessary for the fulfilment of the purpose of the processing of information. Your information will be deleted when they are no longer relevant for the purpose they were collected.
